Claims Process

The process used to assist you in receiving your funds will vary with each situation, but here’s a general summary of the overall process.

Let’s talk!  Give us a call at 888.292.4220!  We need to verify that you are the individual we are attempting to reach regarding the unclaimed funds we have located.

The paperwork. As you know, we would never be able to navigate a government agency without the paperwork being complete.  We work together to accomplish the goal of obtaining notarized documents to 1. Authorize KB Global to represent you in your claim and 2. Complete the documents required for the claim with our attorneys.  We will walk through exact logistics in our phone conversations, but rest assured, we work to make the process as easy as possible for you!

Stake your claim! This is where our attorneys will get involved in filing the paperwork and staking your claim to the funds we have located.  You do not need to be present for any of this legal stuff.  We can handle it all for you!

Wait patiently.  A claim can take up to six months to process from start to finish, depending on each claims individual situation. The typical time is 90 days.  But who wouldn’t wait for money they didn’t even know they had?!

Cash your check! This doesn’t need explanation, but when we complete your claim you will receive a check for your funds.
Pay off bills.  Start your retirement fund.  Take a vacation.  What you do with your newfound windfall is up to you!!
